At Vending Tree we are looking to establish partnerships with every high foot traffic location in North America that wants to offer customers a delicious, affordable soft-serve treat with multiple toppings options, served by a little robot, and in 45 seconds or less.
We have two options available for business owners and managers.
- Hands on Hosting – We provide the kiosk, you do the maintenance for increased profit share.
- Hands Off Hosting – We provide the kiosk, we do all the work. Less commission for less effort.

How It Works
Requesting and receiving a 99 Spoons robotic soft-serve kiosk is simple. Here’s the process:
- Complete the form below.
- We will contact you within 24-hours to set up a call.
- If your location looks like it qualifies for any of our programs and we, or one of our partners has the ability to service your area, then we will send someone from our team to visit your location within 7-days to complete a site survey.
- During the site survey we will see where the kiosk will be placed, make sure an electrical outlet is close by, and understand better the kiosk cleaning process. In almost all cases we need access a 3-compartment sink or kitchen grade sink and safe water supply.
- The next step is contracts. Either a hosting agreement or a purchase / software licensing agreement so you can reserve a kiosk and we can begin the process of delivery, install and training which can take anywhere from 30-60 days.

What do we need from you?
- 10 square feet of floor space
- We will contact you within 24-hours to set up a call.
- Some small storage space to keep some of our products on hand.
- If you have a fridge we might want to store some product inside of it also. Our product packaging is small so we don’t need much space.
- 3-compartment sink for cleaning purposes.

How Big Is The Robotic Soft Serve Kiosk?
Our soft-serve kiosk’s Dimensions are 76.4”(H) x 38.7”(W) x 36.6”(D)
Do I Need To Do Any Upgrades?
No, our soft-serve kiosks will only require access to a 120v/25-amp grounded outlet on a dedicated circuit. The kiosk is entirely self-contained and does not require any plumbing.
How Much Money Will Come Back To My Location?
It depends on which program you choose. We generally offer a share of gross revenue to most locations however some locations are more interested in renting their floorspace to us. We are open to both.
What If There Is A Problem With The Kiosk?
Our kiosks feature cloud based remote monitoring software that notifies us immediately if any issues arise. When this happens the owner of the kiosk will quickly respond to the issue. We also provide direct contact info on every kiosk for your customers to contact the owner in the event of an issue.
Do You Need To Use Any Of Our Facilities?
We are looking to partner with locations that have 3-compartment sinks on site so we can keep the kiosk sanitized and adhere to health and safety standards mandated by the local health department. There are occasions when we can find alternatives but it’s rare.
What Do I Need To Do As A Location?
Depending on the program you choose. If you want to sign up for “Hands off Hosting” then you and your staff have no ongoing responsibilities. If you sign up for Hands on Hosting, we will teach you, and your staff how to provide day-to-day maintenance which includes replenishing consumables and supplies, plus deep cleaning techniques and processes.
